What are Spirit Guides?
Spirit Guides are people like us! They have advanced along their journey of learning and become experts at different skills and abilities. They have decided to make a commitment to guiding, supporting and defending different people. They operate in different realms with bodies which are mostly made of light. They look to build trusting relationships which can last over many lifetimes with people.
What do Spirit Guides do?
Spirit Guides offer guidance to people to help benefit the world. They seek people that have potential in certain areas. They aim to bolster these abilities by sharing their wisdom through a guidance relationship. ​

Spirit Guides work diligently day and night to keep you safe. They are part of your inner world and interact with you subtly in many different ways in which you can discover. They act as scouts and look for opportunities for people to enhance their skills.

Spirit Guides always answer your call for assistance and point you in the right direction. They are governed by rules and have supervisors themselves that ensure they give the best possible guidance to you.

Each guide has an area of expertise that they wish to share with their learners. It could be assertiveness, emotional strength, resilience, courage or many other areas. It isn't limited to just one thing either, each guide can offer many different things throughout your lifetime. ​
